Terms of Service
Home Access – Please provide all gate and security codes needed to access the property.
Appointment Scheduling – At this time please provide the services you would like completed. It is important to notify of any challenges our crew will encounter at this time.
Cancellation – Please provide 24 hours notification for any cancellation. We know your time is valuable, so we strive to make sure all cancellations are fallowed through. Last minute cancellation will be charged 25.00
Schedule Changes – it is best to make sure to notify us within 24 hours for any changes in your appointment. Leaving a message or email is not sufficient unless you receive confirmed notification. Same day service changes will be reviewed as the arrive. If time permits we will be glad to take care of your request. If time does not permit due to other engagements will will do our best to reschedule at your earliest convenience. Last minute changes may incur additional charges. Your crew lead will inform you.
Weather related issues – This is Texas, bad weather happens. We will do our best to make it, but when weather is not safe, service may be delayed or it may be best to reschedule. Each crew lead will make that decision. When weather is the issue cancellation fee will be waived. Please note delays may affect the entire metroplex which will hinder travel to your destination, prior and during the event.
Deep cleaning charges may be incurred if our team has not serviced your home within 5 weeks. Deep cleaning rates may apply. This may apply for 1st time cleaning of homes.
Quality Value: We are a team of hard working individuals. We aim to provide excellent value for the services we provide. Working to provide you with a clean home is our utmost goal. However, older homes will not look new. We will do our best to ensure that your home is clean based on the services selected.
